With a career spanning over 20 years in the catering industry, from high profile restaurants and hotels to member’s bars, supper clubs and large pop-up events, working with celebrity chefs and top restaurateurs, Steve Casey Jr is taking his passion and knowledge for food and drink from town to country.

Steve is a visionary-creative in the catering world and has worked alongside such greats as Russell Norman (the king of Soho dining - Polpo, the Ivy Club and Sheakeys), Dale Degroff (the king of cocktails) and John Torrode (Masterchef/Smith of Smithfields). He has opened Rock Lobster (Dublin) and The House Cafe (Hampstead). His imagination and flair has seen him manage such illustrious food and drink establishments as Soho House, Beach Blanket Babylon (Notting Hill), the Sheraton Hotel (Sydney), Franks Pop-Up restaurant and Just St. James (Mayfair).


Coming full circle from travelling and working across five continents and now firmly back in Berkshire, Steve and Patrick, his brother & co-director, work closely with local farmers, suppliers and producers to bring their unique take on quintessential British country food – a blend of rustic catering, informed by the seasons with the freshest of local ingredients.

As self-confessed foodies, Steve and Patrick are firm believers in the importance of good quality food, excellent customer service and community spirit.
